How group enquiries work
1. Share your plans
Tell us your organisation, estimated group size and preferred type of participation. A final attendee list is not needed for the initial enquiry.
2. Review the proposed arrangements
The organising team will review your requirements and discuss applicable pass options, eligibility and any quotation.
3. Confirm individual participation
Follow the agreed registration and payment steps. Each attendee’s admission is confirmed separately once the applicable requirements are met.
Any group rate or special arrangement will be stated in your quotation. Submitting an enquiry does not secure a discount, fix a price or reserve a place.

Group registration questions
A minimum size for special group arrangements has not yet been announced. Share your estimated numbers, and the organising team can advise on the options.
Group rates are considered through an individual quotation. No discount is confirmed until it is stated in the arrangements provided by the organising team.
Yes, you can enquire for a mixed group. Each attendee must meet the eligibility requirements for their selected category, and the applicable arrangements will be confirmed individually.
Yes. Professional exhibition visitor admission is free for eligible healthcare and industry professionals. It does not include scientific congress sessions or separately ticketed workshops.
They are not automatically included with group congress admission. Workshop booking, accommodation availability and any additional charges will be confirmed separately.
No. For the initial enquiry, provide the coordinator’s details and estimated group size. The team will explain when and how individual attendee details are needed.
